2026 Early Bird Membership
Early Bird registration runs from April 1 to April 30, 2026. Late Season membership begins August 1, 2026.

Membership Path
Join, Pay Offline, Then Get Activated
The club now uses CourtReserve for member registration and booking access, while membership fees are still handled offline. The clearest path is to create an account first, send payment, wait for activation, and then start booking courts.
Create a CourtReserve Account
Every new member should begin with a CourtReserve account so the club can connect payment, activation, and booking access to the correct profile.
Send Membership Payment Offline
Membership fees are still collected offline, so members can e-transfer the payment to glenstennisclub@gmail.com.
Wait for Activation, Then Book
Once the club confirms payment, the CourtReserve account can be activated for booking. After that, members will get door access code, and can use the normal booking page to reserve court time.
For New Members
If you select a family membership, begin by creating the primary family member’s account and then adding additional members afterwards.
For Renewal Members
If your information has no changes, e-transfer the membership fee and mention family or single membership. If paying for someone else, include the membership type and the person’s name in the memo.
Payment and Activation
Payment is made by e-transfer to glenstennisclub@gmail.com. Membership is activated after payment has been received.
